Foundation Training uses a combination of powerful movements and diaphragmatic breath work to teach functional movement patterns, activate the core and decompress the spine. When practiced regularly, your pain diminishes, your resistance to injury increases, and your body comes to life.
With the Foundation Training program we can take control of our posture and alignment with a series of movements designed to restore mobility, strength and function. Everything we do is either building us up or breaking us down. Foundation Training assists us in breaking dysfunctional ingrained movement patterns. The program includes a unique combination of exercises that both prevent and help to treat pain and injuries. Pain medications only cover symptoms temporarily. Nagging injuries don’t fix themselves. Take control of your health with exercises that can be done anywhere, without any equipment, and are directly applicable to your daily life. Practiced regularly you can expect the following results:
- Your torso, pelvis, and posterior chain strengthen
- Your hips reclaim their intended role as the epicenter of movement
- Your spine decompresses and space opens throughout your torso
